We do not, as a general matter, comment on individual securities, positions, or theses outside the corners of a published Report.

2.1 Citation Policy

Brief excerpts of Vector Research material may be quoted in good-faith journalism, academic work, or reasonable commentary, subject to:

• Attribution — quotations are attributed to “Vector Research” with a link to vectorresearch.xyz where the medium permits.
• Context — quoted material is presented in a manner that does not mischaracterize the underlying analysis, its conviction level, or the date as of which it was written.
• Proportion — the quotation is reasonable in length and not a substitute for the underlying Report.

Republication of full Reports, derivative works incorporating substantive Vector Research analysis, or use of Vector Research material in any commercial product requires written permission. Use of Vector Research material to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise develop any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system is expressly not permitted, as set out in our Terms of Service, Section 7.3.

6. Source Material and Material Non-Public Information

Vector Research does not knowingly solicit, receive, or publish material non-public information. If you believe you have material non-public information, please do not share it with us. Tips, leaks, or other source material that may bear on an issuer’s securities should be reported to the appropriate regulator, not to Vector Research.

7. Working with Us

Vector Research does not solicit advisory engagements, asset management mandates, or any service for which a regulatory authorization would be required. Where Vector Research declines to engage on this basis, the decline is not a comment on the merit of the underlying request.
