Compliance
Last updated: May 10, 2026
This page describes the compliance framework under which Vector Research generally operates. It is provided for transparency. It does not constitute legal advice, an admission of regulatory obligation, or an assumption of any fiduciary duty.
1. Regulatory Status
Vector Research is an independent publisher of research, commentary, and opinion. Vector Research is not registered with, licensed by, or regulated as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, asset manager, commodity adviser, futures intermediary, or other regulated financial-services provider by any regulator in any jurisdiction. Nothing on vectorresearch.xyz should be interpreted as implying any such registration, authorization, or licensure.
2. No Personalized Advice
Vector Research does not provide personalized investment advice. All content is informational only, reflects the author’s general analysis at the time of publication, and is not tailored to any user’s specific financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, or needs. No content is intended to recommend any course of action for any particular reader.
3. No Fiduciary Relationship
Use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, advisory, agency, or similar relationship between Vector Research and any user. Vector Research owes no duty of care, duty of loyalty, or any similar legal duty to users beyond those stated expressly in our Terms of Service.
4. Jurisdictional Scope
Nothing on the Service is directed at any person or entity in any jurisdiction where publication, availability, or use of the Service would be contrary to applicable local law, regulation, or authorization requirement. Users are solely responsible for determining whether access to the Service is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with any applicable requirements.
5. Conflicts-of-Interest Practices
Vector Research generally aims to maintain the following practices:
- No investment banking: Vector Research does not solicit, advise on, or execute investment banking transactions.
- No client market-making: Vector Research does not market-make in, or run client-facing proprietary books of, covered securities.
- No paid promotion: Vector Research does not accept compensation, gifts, stock, equity, options, or any other consideration from covered companies, issuers, or parties with a stake in our coverage.
- Author personal investing: Author(s) of the Service personally invest their own capital and may or may not hold long or short positions in covered entities at any given time. Positions may be initiated, modified, or closed without prior notice. Readers should not assume that the absence of disclosure implies the absence of a position.
- Anti-scalping: Authors do not trade for the purpose of profiting from price movements caused by Vector Research publications, and do not trade the subject of a forthcoming report between its finalization and publication (except to close a pre-existing position for bona fide reasons disclosed in the report).
- Full detail: see our Disclaimer, Section 11.
6. Material Non-Public Information
Vector Research does not knowingly solicit, receive, or publish material non-public information. Our research is based on publicly available sources, lawfully obtained third-party data, and independent analysis. If you believe you have material non-public information, do not share it with us.
7. Anti-Money-Laundering and Sanctions
Where Vector Research processes payments, it does so through licensed third-party payment processors that maintain their own anti-money-laundering, know-your-customer, and sanctions-screening procedures. Vector Research reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to any user at its discretion.
8. Data Protection
Vector Research processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
9. Recordkeeping
Vector Research maintains records of published content, editorial decisions, and material changes to research conclusions as part of our internal governance.
10. Complaints Procedure
Complaints regarding the Service or published content may be submitted by email to torres@vectorresearch.xyz. We will acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to respond substantively within a reasonable timeframe. Submission of a complaint does not waive any contractual or legal rights of either party.
11. Law-Enforcement and Regulatory Requests
Vector Research responds to lawful law-enforcement and regulatory requests in accordance with applicable law. Where permitted, we may notify affected users.
